The Brilliant Place offers excellent value for money with clean and well-prepared rooms that are both lovely and spacious. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the historic center, restaurants, bars, and beautiful churches. The staff, especially Rosaria, were friendly, delightful, and provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay.
The hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety and options for guests to choose from.

I had a really good experience at this hotel! The room was super clean and comfortable, with everything I needed right there. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city where all the main attractions are. I could easily walk to both the older and newer parts of town. Plus, the staff was amazing! They were really kind and gave me great tips on what to see and where to eat. I highly recommend this hotel!
There was a little confusion when I arrived, but the staff quickly sorted it out and made me feel welcome.

The Brilliant Place in Naples exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the harbour, city centre, and public transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and even spoke Polish. The cozy atmosphere and charming furniture added to the overall experience. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean, tidy, and had its own private bathroom. Having an iron in the room was also a convenient bonus.
